I teach Iyengar based yoga in Kindersley at the Senior's Center from Sept. to April. (usually one gentle class and 2 multi-level classes per week).

I started taking yoga classes in Saskatoon in the early 90's and have studied under various teachers in week-end and week long intensives. In January of 2009 I received my teaching certificate from Yoga Central in Saskatoon, after completing a 200 hour teacher training program run by Mary Lou Weprin (Registerd yoga teacher) from Berkley, California, and Patricia Dewar (RYT) from Saskatoon.

In July I host a "yoga-in-the-barn" - a weekend at my farm with a guest instructor, meditation, good food, and comraderie.
