Patricia Dewar (Ph.D, E-RYT 500, Graduate of Advanced Studies Program at the Yoga Room Berkeley California) Patricia teaches and trains teachers in Saskatchewan and beyond. Her style of teaching is individualized and Iyengar based. Accordingly her classes focus on asana, breath awareness, restorative, therapeutic, and wisdom aspects of yoga teachings. Her interest and study in a multitude of different body modalities brings an added perspective and enjoyment for moving deeply into the poses.
