Marie Brown Berg RYT500 is a compassionate yoga teacher who received her preliminary teacher training from the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Ashram in the Bahamas and has since studied with teachers from the Jivamukti, Iyengar and Tibetan Heart Yoga traditions. Marie’s teachings come from the heart and offer a gentle blend of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Vinyasa and Sanskrit chanting. She has been a student of yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2005. She teaches throughout the city of Saskatoon, at the YWCA, for the Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools- Core Neighborhood Elementary Schools, for the Saskatoon Public School Division Teachers, at Yoga Downtown and at different Community Associations. She also offers private lessons in Yoga, Mantra and Meditation.
